About
About this site
A place for careful Bible study and unhurried moral reflection.
Why this site exists
Much of what is written about the Bible online is either too shallow to be useful or too technical to be readable. The aim here is the middle path: real engagement with the text, written for people who are not scholars but are willing to think.
The same goes for ethics. Christian moral questions deserve better than slogans, and they rarely resolve in a single paragraph. These pages take the time.
Who is writing
[Add a few lines about yourself here — your background, your church tradition, what drew you to Bible study and ethics, and anything readers should know about your perspective. Two or three sentences is plenty.]
What to expect
New studies and essays appear as they are finished rather than on a fixed schedule. Everything here is open to correction — if you think a reading is wrong, that is worth an email.
